Yes, Byers Construction will remove your old roof. By doing so it will allow for the true inspection of your roof to detect if there is soft spots or rotten wood beneath the current shingles.
Yes we will install a drip edge. The drip edge or edge metal is a small piece of aluminum placed under the shingle where it comes off of the roof. This piece of metal extends past the roof and allows runoff to flow into, rather than behind, the gutters, protecting the fascia and wood on your roof.
Yes! Your satisfaction is our priority! We take special care with each job to protect gutters from damage during the roofing process.
Yes, we utilize an Equipter Lift Roofing Trailer to minimize the debris that ends up in your landscaping. It raises up to where we are working on the roof, then gets dumped into a refuse trailer, usually staged in the street.
We will do our best to cover the project with tarpaulins or plastic covers during periods of prolonged bad weather.
Yes! Byers Construction provides a 15 year warranty on all workmanship. The shingles have a limited lifetime warranty from the manufacturer.
Yes! We will cover your landscaping and protect it with great care. All possible efforts will be made to minimize impact to landscaping and still get the job done.
